How we handle candidate data when recruitment is activated.
Purpose
Candidate data is used to assess an application and communicate about the role or future suitable opportunities where consent or another lawful basis applies.
Data and channel
The vacancy form collects contact details, experience, education and a fit summary. A public view-only CV or portfolio link may be added. Do not submit an identity number, banking details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
Retention
Recruitment applications follow the operational default for website requests: deletion after 90 days. A longer period applies only for a documented legal duty or separate consent to a future talent pool. Candidates may request correction or deletion through the published contact channel, subject to applicable law.
No job offer or automatic employment
Submitting an application, appearing in a candidate pool or receiving communication is not a job offer, acceptance, employment contract or commitment to hire. Any later offer or engagement is subject to a separate written process and review by the authorised entity.
