Website and SaaS Portal Terms
Rules for the public website and subscription relationship on contracting.
Acceptance and scope
By using the site you accept these terms. Any paid product or service is also governed by a proposal, order form or written agreement; the signed commercial document prevails in case of conflict.
Agreed commercial scope
The proposal, order form or written agreement defines the included products, users, services and configurations. Public content explains the products, while the signed commercial document is the final reference for each customer scope.
Accounts and use
When accounts are available, customers must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the service lawfully. Sharing access without authorisation or bypassing tenant or permission boundaries is prohibited.
Backup and continuity
We aim for reliable operation as stated in the agreement, but website pages are not an uptime, recovery or availability commitment unless the contract expressly says so.
Platform role and relationships between users
Where the platform enables users, customers, suppliers or partners to discover, communicate, exchange requests or operate tools, its role is technical facilitation; it is not a seller, buyer, agent, broker, guarantor or party to their transactions. Those parties remain solely responsible for verification, contracting, performance, payments and obligations between them. Any directly contracted NEXQORA service is governed by a separate commercial document.
No agency or implied relationship
Mere use of the website or platform does not create agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary duty, distribution, franchise, exclusivity or authority to represent any party. No user or partner may bind NEXQORA or another party unless that authority is expressly created in a written agreement signed by an authorised representative.
Transactions and electronic signatures
No offer, order or electronic signature becomes binding except under the applicable document, procedure and law. If electronic signature is used, it will be assessed and enabled within the relevant Egyptian framework and through the required method and licensed or approved provider where applicable; a button or electronic message alone is not a representation of validity or evidential weight for a particular transaction.
