Scope
Applies to partner, vendor and integration-contact data, not a partner’s customer data, which is transferred only under an authorised agreement and processing basis.
Access
Any integration or technical access is governed by least privilege, scoped data, secure key management and an appropriate agreement.
Updates
Cross-border transfers or processing special data categories may require additional safeguards or approvals before activation.
Independence and no representation
A partner, integration or directory listing does not mean agency, partnership, distribution, franchise, exclusivity or authority to contract for NEXQORA or another party. Only an independent agreement defines permitted work, data, responsibilities, marks and communications.
