NEXQORA rights
Code, interfaces, designs, documentation, marks and content owned by NEXQORA are protected or licensed. The site grants no implied licence to copy, resell or reverse engineer except as required by law or contract.
Customer content
Customer content remains owned by its owner. The customer grants only the rights needed to process content and provide service, support and security under the agreement.
Provisional mark
The current NEXQORA name and logo remain subject to final naming, domain and legal-clearance decisions. No trademark registration or exclusive right is claimed before official procedures are complete.
